Deakin Realty office restoration

After occupying our charming real estate office (built around 1880!) for over 20 years, we are very excited & proud to be embarking on a full exterior makeover. We have had the pleasure to be working with local architect Pat McGee of McGee & Assoc with our goal to preserve the architectural elements of this Canadiana style building. A project that has been long in the works, we are finally ready to get started for this well-deserved facelift in Spring 2022.

All while respecting the City of Pointe Claire’s Village code, our building will maintain its traditional look with a new metal roof, beautiful wood Guillotine windows and Maibec siding.

Our lovely waterfront location will have improved views of Lake St. Louis with enlarged dormer windows, patio doors spanning 15 ft and new composite decks on the south facade.

We will be documenting & sharing the steps of this exciting project through social media & posting drawings of our project in our front display windows. We hope everyone will enjoy watching the transformation happen!
