Jay Deakin - CBC radio interview

The Greater Montreal Real Estate Board (GMREB) announced that it will be terminating its membership in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), effective December 31st, 2013. This change means that properties listed by real estate brokers in Montreal will no longer appear on the website realtor.ca, commonly referred to as MLS.

Jay Deakin was interviewed on CBC Radio's "Daybreak" show on December 30, regarding how this change will affect buyers and sellers in Montreal.
