Pointe-Claire Village: more & more popular!

No one can dispute that as the spring weather arrives, the Village comes alive. The recent warm weather brought the Village to life - the sidewalks were full of shoppers and walkers, and the streets were busy with cyclists, convertibles and motorcycles. Cafes, ice cream parlours, pubs, restaurants, gift shops & destination boutiques all enjoyed higher traffic levels. Don't forget all of the specialty shops, fair trade, fashion, crafts, home décor…

The village is undergoing lots of improvement and change. We all anxiously await the opening of the new "Marche du Village" grocery store and the return of the Cartier Avenue farmer's market. The Co-Op Des Bons Voisins has become a favourite local hangout.

The newly reborn Village Association is planning lots of activities and events. To get up to date, go to the Village Facebook page.

When visiting the village be sure to look up our office at 332 Lakeshore... pick up a copy of the village map & directory and check out our window displays featuring our properties for sale and rent. Our team is proud to have represented many commercial owners and landlords as well as having the inside track on residential properties for sale in the village area.
